Chris supports the team in technical due diligence, with a particular focus on biotech operations including process development, CMC, quality, regulatory, and supply chain. He has over 30 years of experience in the biotech/pharma industry–including roles with global leaders such as Amgen, Novartis, and Astra Zeneca–spanning biologics, vaccines, and small molecules. Chris retired from Kite Pharma where he served as the Senior Vice-President of Global Technical Operations. In this role, Chris oversaw six operating sites across the globe, and was responsible for all aspects of manufacturing and delivering Kite’s innovative cell therapies to patients. In addition to SymBiosis, Chris currently serves as an advisor to Cellares and Zoomlogi, and on the board of Nucleus RadioPharma. He earned an MBA from Duke University and B.S. in Computer Science from Eastern Michigan University.
